November is National Gratitude Month

This month is National Gratitude Month which is a great time for us to focus on the good things we still have, the people we have supporting us and the achievements we have managed even in the face of adversity.

Research shows that by practicing gratitude regularly, we enhance our mood, decrease stress, build better connections with others, have better physical health and have greater overall wellbeing.

Every day this month take a moment to find something to be grateful for, this may be something big someone has done for us or something as small as having a nice bath or our favourite meal. If you find that you are struggling, we also have some resources below that will hopefully keep you on the right track.
