Our Major incident response team (MIRT) provide emotional and practical support to anyone who may find themselves caught up in an extraordinary situation, incident or event in North Yorkshire. MIRT Volunteers provide emotional support to anyone affect by a traumatic incident including bereavement by suicide and also offer practical support, for example rest centres during emergencies.
