We are looking for individuals with experience of self-harm, or who self-harm, to help us to shape future support services

The Suicide Prevention team within the Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership are doing a piece of work to encourage people with lived experience of self-harm, or individuals who self-harm, to share their views to influence campaigns and vital future services. We would also welcome experiences from parents / carers of children and young people who may have self-harmed / are self-harming.

The individuals will work with the wider suicide prevention team and the self-harm task and finish group. This will be done virtually in the first instance, but hopefully in small groups in the not so distant future.

We would like partner organisations across the HCV patch to support with promoting this on your socials – having individuals from all areas will really help us to ensure that the right services are set up in the right places.

In partnership with @HCVPartnership, we are looking for individuals with experience of self-harm, or who self-harm, to help us to shape future support services. By sharing your experiences, we will work together to create a vital new service for the people who need it most. If you are interested in helping us, please email Lindsay.Hudson@eastriding.gov.uk
