Suicide First Aid Lite® (SFA Lite) is a half-day suicide prevention education programme, assured by City & Guilds. The programme goes over attitudes, values, stigma, survivors of bereavement by suicide, the ripple effect of suicide, suicide thoughts and behaviour, possible causes of suicide thoughts, safety planning, recognising and asking about suicide and self-care.   Places will be funded for those living, working or volunteering in North Yorkshire.
